Over the past 21 years, I have treated thousands of patients with neck pain, headaches, dizziness, degenerative disc / joint disease in neck, neck stiffness and muscle spasms. And time after time when I ask them what caused their ongoing problems ?  the answer is often a neck injury - whiplash from years ago that went untreated or undertreated.  Undertreated you ask... this may mean only taking pain pills or muscle relaxers for treatment without addressing the underlying issues of misaligned neck joints and deconditioned neck muscles.
